Dr Julie is the newest addition to the Engadine Veterinary Hospital team and has joined as our new Lead Veterinarian. Julie grew up in Sydney and initially studied Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Sydney where she completed her honors, in cancer research. After realising she preferred to work more hands on with animals, she decided to pursue a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree to become a vet in 2019. Julie loves all aspects of being a vet, but has a particular interest in internal medicine. Julie lives with her two rescue cats Fox and Pea as well as her American staffy Buddy and Toy poodle Mochi. In her spare time you can find her tending to her house plants, at the beach or going to the gym.
